The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ points of sale, and for audience transactions, during Eid Al-Fitr to be as follow:
First day of Eid Al-Fitr: All telecom outlets will be closed.
As of the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, working hours will be as follow:
- Thursday: From 9:00 A.M. to 10.30 P.M.
- Friday: From 2:00 P.M. to 10.30 P.M.
- Throughout the whole week: From 9:00 A.M. to 9:30 P.M.
Whereas operators’ outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
