In recognition of its ambitious strategy for growth and expansion in different sectors within the Egyptian market, Intercom Enterprises, the leading Egyptian company in the field of communications and information technology, won a tender of Telecom Egypt “We”, the largest telecom operator in the Middle East, to design and implement an advanced Customer Service Application system that includes all customer service Centres scattered throughout the state and provide telecommunications services to all landline, mobile, or Internet WE customers.

The project aims to implement a new, state-of-the-art system for receiving, following up and resolving complaints, as well as handling external requests for Telecom Egypt ‘We’ clients through customer service.

“For finalising the project as per the quality standards and the preset timeframes, the Intercom Enterprises has established a strategic consortium, including the BMC International and Regional Cyber MAK, and adopted the latest global telecommunications technology solutions in this field,” a senior company official said.

Mr. Ismail El Kammash, Managing Partner and CEO of Intercom Enterprises, added that the project includes applying the advanced Customer Service Application system to the various sectors concerned within the Telecom Egypt ‘We’ sphere, and also providing the required advisory services and technical support for the system for a period of five years.
