AXA Egypt has announced a long-term partnership with B.TECH the Number 1 Omni channel retailer for consumer electronics & home appliances in Egypt to provide its customers with damage insurance, as part of its ongoing efforts to expand its services in Egypt. The company seeks the implementation of this partnership throughout different phases.

The first phase focuses on providing insurance coverage for televisions purchased from B.TECH. Insurance will apply to all purchase methods, both online and in-stores where there number has reached more than 100 branches located in 25 governorates and 30 cities. The customer must provide the original purchase invoice to replace the device surely after calculating the policy deductible if applicable. Customers must report the damaged device to AXA within 48 hours from the accident date by either calling the designated hotline or sending an e-mail.

Mr Ahmed Nassef, Managing Director of AXA General Egypt, expressed his pride and happiness with the agreement and said: “We are pleased to announce this one-of-a-kind partnership with B.TECH, the largest retailer and distributor of home appliances and consumer electronics in Egypt.The company enjoys an outstanding reputation, and we hope to further contribute to strengthen the relation with its customers who have come to expect exceptional service.”
