Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi extended his official congratulations to Egyptian taekwondo champion Seif Eissa following his impressive gold medal victory at the 2025 World Taekwondo Championships in China. Eissa secured the top honor in the under-87 kg category.
Sobhi expressed immense pride in the achievement, stating that this significant win is a valuable addition to Egypt’s sporting record.
The Minister further emphasized that the consistent successes of Egyptian athletes in international competitions underscore the comprehensive support the Egyptian state provides for sports and its champions.
This backing, he noted, is in direct implementation of the directives issued by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
