Al Ahly’s football first team achieved an important 1-0 win against Misr lel Makkasa on Wednesday in the 27th fixture of the Egyptian Premier League.
The First Half
In the first five minutes of the game, Afsha sent a brilliant long pass on the right side to Karim Fouad who shot the ball off the target.
They were able find the net in the 23rd minute.
Karim Fouad sent an amazing ground cross to Dieng, who was able to convert it from the first time into the net.
The final 15 minutes of the first half went by with both teams trying to convert their chances into the net with no change in the result.
The Second Half
The second half started with a substitution from Al-Ahly side, as Ali Lotfy replaced Mohamed el-Shenawy, who was injured at the end of the first half.
The first fifteen minutes of the second half started with an intense pressure from Misr Lel Makkasa, who were looking to equalise the score.
However, the Reds stood their ground and were able to deny the chances of the opposition.
In the 67th minute, Ali Maaloul and Luis Miquissone replaced Mohamed Fakhry and Mahmoud Wahid.
6 minutes later, Hamdy Fathy and Mohamed Hany replaced Ahmed Abdelkader and Karim Fouad.
The last 15 minutes of the game went by with no change in the result.
