YAOUNDE — Egypt’s junior artistic gymnastics team won the 19th Junior African Artistic Championship title at the 2026 edition held in Yaounde, Cameroon.
The team secured first place and the gold medal in the team finals after strong performances throughout the competition.
Abdullah Shaarawy won gold in the individual all-around event, while Mazen el Sayed took silver in the same competition.
Egypt’s team showed consistent results across events, contributing to the overall title.
