Carrefour, owned and operated by Majid Al Futtaim in Egypt, has partnered with Visa, the Official Payment Services partner of FIFA, to provide five football fans with a trip to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Customers who spend 2,000 Egyptian Pounds or more at Carrefour in-store and online using their Visa cards will be entered into the competition starting from 06 September to 27 September.

Customers can win trips to the opening matches, round of 16 matches or semi finals. The exciting prizes will include flights to Qatar and back, 5-star hotel accommodation for up to four nights, and access to two matches in each package for the winner and their plus one. Alongside these grand prizes, Carrefour is offering bonus rewards including 20 gift cards worth EGP 1,000 each and five TVs so customers can enjoy the highly anticipated event from the comfort of their own home.

Philippe Peguilhan, Country Manager of Carrefour Egypt at Majid Al Futtaim Retail, said: “We are excited to be partnering with Visa to offer our customers a trip of a lifetime to the FIFA World Cup™.
