Despite a second-half rally by Füchse Berlin to cut the deficit to 26–25, late saves from goalkeeper Abdelrahman Homayed and clutch scoring by Mohamed Hesham secured the win.
Al-Ahly will face local rivals Zamalek SC in Thursday’s bronze-medal match, guaranteeing a podium finish for Egypt.
