Zurich International Airport celebrated the arrival of EgyptAir’s inaugural flight from Cairo International Airport with a traditional water salute. The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including Egypt’s Ambassador to Switzerland, Wael Gad, and Stephan Vermeillinger, Deputy Director of Zurich Airport for Aviation Development.
EgyptAir marked the occasion by presenting commemorative gifts to passengers and upgrading the travel class for a number of them. This celebration is part of EgyptAir’s strategic plan to expand its route network, reflecting the airline’s commitment to boosting inbound tourism to Egypt.
