Devices to survey passengers’ opinions installed at Aswan International Airport
The Aswan International Airport has installed devices in international and domestic travel halls to survey passengers’ opinions about the services provided to them, after installing them at Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada, Borj el-Arab and Sphinx airports.
Such systems were installed in line with the instructions of Pilot Ahmed Mansour, Board Chairman of the Egyptian Airports Company, to find out the opinion of passengers on all services provided to them at airports, evaluate them and listen to their proposals for development.
