He concluded his visit by meeting with doctors and administrative staff, urging them to provide all necessary support and care to patients. He stressed the importance of continuous training for medical and nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of service.

In a separate development, Dr. Hefny conducted a surprise inspection of Sphinx International Airport to review operations and service quality. The visit focused on monitoring ongoing development projects, including the construction of a canopy with air conditioning units and flight information screens at the entrance to the departure and arrival gates.

During his tour, the minister inspected key areas of the airport, including the entrance, departure and arrival halls, check-in counters, passport control, baggage claim, banking services, security systems, and service areas. The inspection was part of an ongoing effort to continuously improve service quality and address any shortcomings to prevent future issues that could impact airport operations.

Minister Hefny engaged directly with airport staff, emphasizing the critical role they play in delivering quality services to passengers. He stressed the importance of adhering to the highest service standards to provide a comfortable and satisfying travel experience. The minister also highlighted the need for regular reviews and adherence to observations made during past inspections to rectify any issues that might affect passengers during their journey from the airport entrance to boarding the aircraft.

Looking ahead, the minister announced plans for continued field inspections across all work sites to ensure the ministry’s objectives of improving services and operational efficiency are met, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Minister Hefny also underscored the significance of Sphinx International Airport, noting its increasing role in handling incoming air and tourist traffic. The airport’s proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids of Giza, and key cities like 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Fayoum, and Beni Suef positions it as a major hub in Egypt’s tourism landscape.
