Sohair Moussa, Chairman of EgyptAir In-Flight Services, took part in the annual Egypt for the Best Summit 2026, held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli under the theme “The Merit of Leadership… Competitiveness for the Future.”
During the event, Moussa was honoured after being named among the 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt for 2026.
The ceremony was attended by senior government officials, business leaders, and prominent public figures, including Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Environment; Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance; Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity; Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing and New Urban Communities; Hassan Raddad, Minister of Labour; Ghada Waly, UN Under-Secretary-General and former Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime; and Hala El-Said, Economic Adviser to the President.

aptain Ahmed Adel, Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Holding Company, said the recognition reflects appreciation for Sohair Moussa’s significant contributions to the development of EgyptAir In-Flight Services and her leadership in improving the company’s performance and service quality, helping strengthen its position and support its strategic goals.
He added that the award also reflects the high level of professionalism and expertise of EgyptAir’s leadership, stressing that investing in national talent remains one of the company’s key drivers of success and continued leadership.
For her part, Moussa expressed her appreciation for the recognition, saying the achievement was the result of teamwork and the dedication of all employees at EgyptAir In-Flight Services.
She added that the award would motivate the company to continue its development and innovation efforts, further strengthening its position and supporting the growth of Egypt’s civil aviation sector.
