Flydubai has launched daily flights to Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok, making the Thai capital its second destination in Thailand after Krabi.
The inaugural flight departed from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport on 1 July, giving passengers more travel options to one of Southeast Asia’s most popular destinations.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer of Flydubai, said: “Thailand is a key destination for both leisure and business travel. Our direct flights to Don Mueang International Airport provide a new gateway to the Thai capital for our customers, while supporting the growth of trade and tourism and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.”
Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, said: “The Middle East, particularly the UAE, is one of Thailand’s most important long-haul source markets, with a strong demand from high-value travellers.”
