The Egyptian Aviation Academy, through its College of Specialised Studies, has successfully concluded its “Job Market Skills Programme,” aimed at equipping young people with essential skills to meet workforce demands. The initiative aligns with the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s participation in the presidential human development campaign under the slogan “A New Beginning for Building People.”
The four-day programme featured a series of workshops addressing vital topics. Aisha Abdel Hafiz led a session on effective communication skills, followed by Bassem Farouk’s workshop on the optimal use of social media. On the third day, Dalia Roshdy delivered a lecture on personal interview techniques and preparation, while Emad Mustafa wrapped up the programme with insights into customer service skills and marketing strategies.
