The co-operation is expected to improve operational efficiency and deliver higher levels of quality and flexibility, while making better use of available national capabilities.

Soheir Moussa, Chairperson and Executive Managing Director of EgyptAir Air Services, signed the agreements with Hussein Sherif, Chairman of Air Cairo; Pilot Wael El-Nashar, Chairman and Executive Managing Director of the Egyptian Airports Company; Ahmed El-Fangari, Chairman of EAS Aviation Services; and Omar Saad, Chairman of Balady Food Industries and Export.

Moussa said the agreements form part of EgyptAir Air Services’ strategy to expand co-operation with specialised national entities and draw on their diverse expertise to develop more flexible and efficient business models.

Moussa noted that the models will help the company adapt quickly to rapid shifts in the air transport industry. She highlighted that the expanding global low-cost aviation market demands tailored services that prioritize operational efficiency, flexibility, and competitive pricing.
