EgyptAir Hospital, headed by Dr Ayman Salah, along with the Surgery Department, hosted the third advanced course in cosmetic breast cancer surgery as part of scientific co-operation between Egypt and the United Kingdom.
The course featured prominent experts from Egypt and the UK, including Dr Sarah Donny, Prof. Jerome Brara, and Prof. Janet Fabie, as well as a large number of professors from Egyptian and Arab medical schools and the National Cancer Institute.
The programme included advanced lectures, surgical video presentations, and hands-on training through live cosmetic breast cancer surgeries.
In addition, EgyptAir Hospital concluded the first scientific day of the Ophthalmology Department, aimed at enhancing medical expertise in pediatric ophthalmology and cataract surgery.
The event included a specialised lecture by Dr Ayman El-Gohamy, Consultant of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the National Research Centre, focusing on the evaluation of strabismus cases as part of a paediatric eye examination course.
