Air Cairo participated in the TTG Travel Experience exhibition in Italy as part of its efforts to strengthen its presence in international markets and expand co-operation with tour operators, travel agents, and tourism industry partners. These efforts aim to support the growth of inbound air traffic to Egypt, particularly to the city of Hurghada.
Air Cairo’s booth hosted meetings with representatives of Italian travel agencies and tour operators to discuss opportunities for commercial and marketing co-operation, as well as promote Egyptian tourist destinations and the airline’s route network.

Chairman of Air Cairo, Hussein Sherif, stressed the importance of participating in international tourism exhibitions as a platform for direct communication with industry partners and exploring new opportunities for co-operation. He explained that these meetings help build effective partnerships and establish marketing agreements that support tourism flows and improve air connectivity between tourism source markets and Egyptian destinations.
The participation is part of Air Cairo’s efforts to develop its route network and strengthen the position of Hurghada International Airport as a hub for the airline’s flights, allowing passengers to continue their journeys to various destinations across Africa, Asia, and Europe through Air Cairo’s network.

Alongside its participation in the exhibition, the company launched an advertising campaign at Rome Airport to promote charter and scheduled flights to Hurghada and raise awareness of its services and route network. Air Cairo also operates around 40 flights from eight airports across different Italian cities.
