Sisi’s message about a powerful Egypt 13 - Egyptian Gazette

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi delivered a compelling speech that resonated deeply with people, both inside and abroad Egypt, at the 41st Armed Forces Seminar on Tuesday.

This speech was not just a tribute to Egypt’s fallen heroes, but a reaffirmation of the nation’s steadfast commitment to unity, development, and regional stability.

Sisi began by paying homage to Egypt’s martyrs, emphasising that their sacrifices were not in vain, but instrumental in shaping the country’s future.

He drew a direct link between past struggles and present achievements, particularly referencing the historic 10th of Ramadan victory, a symbol of Egypt’s military resilience and national determination.

He reminded the nation that the blood of its heroes was the foundation upon which modern Egypt continues to rise.

His words, “Our righteous martyrs did not merely offer their lives; they bestowed upon Egypt its future,” served as a powerful reminder that this country’s progress is deeply intertwined with the sacrifices of its brave men and women.

President Sisi highlighted Egypt’s transformation in recent years, pointing to the development of new cities, infrastructure projects, and economic reforms that embody the vision of the New Republic.
He stressed that these advancements are direct outcomes of national unity and resilience.

The Egyptian leader underscored the pivotal role of the Armed Forces in safeguarding Egypt’s security while also contributing to its economic and social development.

Referring to the military as the “shield” and the “sword” of the nation, he reinforced the idea that security and progress move hand in hand.

The president also addressed current regional challenges, with a particular focus on Egypt’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause.

He reiterated Egypt’s stance on the two-state solution, calling for the establishment of a Palestinian state where its people can live with dignity.

By positioning Egypt as a key player in the pursuit of peace and stability, Sisi reinforced the nation’s diplomatic leadership on the global stage.

His remarks reassured both Egyptians and the international community about Egypt’s commitment to justice and regional security, even in the face of adversity.

At the core of Sisi’s message was a call for unity in the face of external and internal challenges. He assured the families of fallen heroes that their sacrifices would never be forgotten and reaffirmed his government’s commitment to supporting them.

The president urged Egyptians to continue working together to build a prosperous and a secure future, emphasising that national success depends on collective resilience and determination.

President Sisi’s concluding words, “Long live Egypt”, were more than just a patriotic slogan. They encapsulated a vision of a nation that honours its past, embraces its present, and looks towards a brighter future. His speech left a lasting impression, bringing to light Egypt’s path forward as a resilient, determined, and unified country that is ready to overcome any obstacle on its way.
