President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at Lusail Palace in Doha on Tuesday, where he offered his condolences over the passing of the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
