Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has reaffirmed the government’s full support for Accor’s expansion plans in Egypt, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation with the French hospitality group and developing a joint roadmap for future investment in the country’s tourism sector.
Madbouly made the remarks during a meeting at the Government Headquarters in the New Administrative Capital with Accor Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Sébastien Bazin.

The Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia welcome the decision of the United Kingdom government to ban imports of goods from illegal Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and to introduce restrictions on services linked to such settlements.
In a joint statement issued on Wednesday, the ministers view these measures as an important step towards upholding international law and promoting accountability for settlement-related activities.
