Al Mokhtabar, a subsidiary of the healthcare powerhouse Integrated Diagnostics Holding (IDH) has set down directives and initiatives as part of its corporate citizenship within the framework of its community service partner; the Moamen Kamel Foundation.
With a deep-rooted belief in the importance of social responsibility and its sustainable impact on societal and individual health, and economic standards, the Moamena Kamel Foundation continues to play an integral role in the development of the country’s sustainable growth. The foundation has contributed to several initiatives to support and empower the health sector and the most deserving families, in addition to their continued support to Kasr Al-Ainy hospitals.
Dr. Moamena Kamel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Mokhtabar and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Moamena Kamel Foundation, stated: “The Foundation has taken upon itself many social responsibility initiatives that effectively impact the Egyptian society, including supporting various units of Kasr Al-Ainy Hospitals. Our journey began with the support of Kasr Al-Ainy Center of Dialysis and Kidney Diseases, providing them with filters and medical equipment since 2019. Additionally, we have contributed to providing more than 9,000 dialysis sessions, as part of a broader strategy and a complete vision of the Foundation, which works towards the elevation of social and individual standards.”
Dr. Hend El-Sherbiny, CEO of IDH, the holding company of Al Mokhtabar laboratories, also added: “The Moamena Kamel Foundation and Al Mokhtabar laboratories adopt a set of values that aim to achieve better standards of health and wellbeing for all members of our society, aiming to establish quality treatment and economic empowerment for at risk individuals” highlighting that IDH enjoys a leading position backed by combined experience of more than 40 years in the field of medical diagnostic services, which enables the foundation and IDH’s subsidiaries to instigate change while playing an effective role as partner in training and development, advancing the country’s socio-economic development.
