A major strategic partnership agreement has been signed with El Safa Hospitals to launch SAFA MEDI.PLEX, a massive 16,000-square-metre medical complex with Hyde Park Developments in New Cairo area.
The project marks El Safa Hospitals’ first branch in New Cairo. Scheduled for handover to commence in 2027, the complex will feature a one-day surgery hospital, private medical clinics, and advanced diagnostic hubs.
The new medical complex aims to deliver a fully integrated healthcare ecosystem for both township residents and the wider New Cairo community.
As part of the development, SAFA MEDI.PLEX has partnered with the Alfa Medical Group to host the largest Alfa Scan Radiology Center in east Cairo, alongside a comprehensive network of Alfa Medical Laboratories covering all diagnostic specialties.
The complex will also offer flexible healthcare real estate, featuring private medical clinics ranging from 44 to 157 square metres to accommodate various medical practices.

SAFA MEDI.PLEX will be managed by a subsidiary of El Safa Hospitals, leveraging the group’s established clinical expertise. El Safa currently operates two hospitals in Mohandessin with a combined capacity of over 280 beds.

Located in the heart of New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, the master plan includes the newly announced medical hub alongside a dedicated Business District, the ‘Hyde Out’ recreational area, and the Ryze Sports Club.
