Egypt TEDA SEZONE Development Company intends to rent a brand-new vehicle for business use. Qualified companies are invited to submit their offers based on the following:
1. Vehicle Specifications
- Brand/Model: Toyota Hilux (2026) – Brand-New
- Transmission/Drivetrain: Automatic / 4×4 with transfer case & low-range gearbox
- Capacity/A/C: Double Cab (4 Passengers + Driver) / Fully Air-Conditioned
- Mileage: Unlimited
2. Rental & Service Terms
- Insurance: Comprehensive insurance included (borne by the rental company).
- Maintenance: Repairs, maintenance, and tire replacements borne by Egypt TEDA. All other costs borne by the rental company.
- Replacement: Equivalent replacement vehicle must be provided within 24 hours of a breakdown.
- Delivery: Within 3 days of contract award to the TEDA Investment Service Center Building.
3. Quotation & Submission
Offers must clearly specify:
- Monthly rental rate
- Total 2-year rental price
- Tax inclusivity statement
