Egyptian Health Ministry Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said on Wednesday that the vaccines are the best options to protect individuals from Covid-19.
In a post on his official Facebook page, he added that those who did not receive vaccines are exposed to the coronavirus.
He recommended to take the booster dose in order to protect individuals from omicron and its variants.
The booster shot can be taken without reservation after three months from taking last dose for people with chronic diseases and the elderly and after six months for others.
