The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the State Information Service (SIS), have announced postponing the inaugural monthly session of “Meet the Foreign Media,” originally slated for Thursday, January 15, 2026, with Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aaty.
The decision was made due to urgent commitments by the minister related to regional developments. A new date for the meeting will be announced later.
Minister Abdel Aaty reaffirmed his commitment to holding the session with accredited foreign media correspondents in Egypt at the earliest possible opportunity.
The SIS stressed dedication to ensuring the success of this meeting and subsequent sessions as part of the monthly program “Meet the Foreign Media.”
