The renowned global travel website ‘Tripadvisor‘ named the Egyptian Red Sea coastal city of Hurghada as 3rd best nature destination in the world.
TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best title, recognising the highest level of excellence in travel, is awarded to destinations that consistently receive outstanding reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over a12-month period.
Hurghada has captured the attention of travellers with its stunning beaches, captivating coral reefs, and world-class snorkelling and diving locations, according to Tripadvisor.
Visitors are also enticed by the opportunity to engage in water activities such as windsurfing. They can also explore renowned sites like the Giftun Islands and the Eastern Desert, it added.
This accolade holds particular significance, as Tripadvisor reports that, out of over eight million destinations, less than one percent achieve this esteemed milestone.
Following closely behind Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, and Halong Bay in Vietnam, Hurghada’s noteworthy recognition solidifies its status as a top-tier destination for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers worldwide.
