CAIRO – Egypt’s Transport Minister Kamel el Wazir inspected on Friday progress made so far to implement a project on establishing a 140-kilometer axis from Benha to Damietta.
The axis, which includes 15 bridges, will link Cairo-Alexandria Agriculture Road with the Coastal Road, the Transport Ministry said in a press release on Friday.
It will serve six governorates; El Gharbia, Dakahlia, Qalubiya, Sharqia, Kafr El Sheikh and Damietta
