Egyptian Transport Minister Kamel el-Wazir inspected on Tuesday the second phase of the ongoing development of the Greater Cairo Ring Road project.
The development project includes the expansion of roads to 11 lanes in each direction.
The project is meant to improve the flow of traffic in Greater Cairo.
