Egyptian Environment Minister Yassmin Fouad and Tourism Minister Ahmed Issa discussed on Sunday boosting bilateral co-operation within the coming period.
Talks also tackled organizing environmental tourism activities in natural reserves.
Fouad talked about underway efforts to develop protectorates, citing EcoEgypt campaign that was launched to promote for environmental tourism and raise public awareness of the importance of preserving environment.
Till now, the ministry managed to develop the infrastructure of nine natural reserves, she added.
Talks also covered efforts to merge the environmental dimension in the tourism sector in Egypt.
