Strategic wheat reserve enough for 5.3 months: Supply min.

CAIRO – Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Ali el-Moselhi said on Tuesday that Egypt’s strategic reserve of wheat is sufficient for 5.3 months.

Speaking at a ceremony to mark the launch of the first trade and logistical zone in Daqahlia, Moselhi added that the strategic reserve of sugar, edible oil and rice is enough for 2.3, 5.4, and 3 months, respectively.
