CAIRO – Minister of Housing Assem el-Gazzar said on Tuesday that Egypt invests highly in the drinking water and sewage projects.
At a board meeting of the authority regulating drinking water and sewage, he added that his ministry is working to provide safe drinking water for the citizens while recycling drainage water to be used in other purposes.
He underlined the importance of increasing public awareness regarding water rationalisation and the best use of water resources.
