Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday witnessed the inauguration of the “Story of Homeland..Between Vision And Achievement ” conference, which lasts for three days in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
The conference is attended by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, a number of ministers and senior state officials along with a a big number of representatives of the Egyptian society, its different segments, experts and specialists in various domains.
Following President Sisi’s address to the conference, in which he asserted that countries live and grow by hard work, sacrifice and loyalty and not by words, a documentary film was screened about the era of the June 30 revolution.
In the documentary, the nation was calling on the army to protect Egypt and its people against the threats posed by the Brotherhood.
The documentary also spotlighted some remarks by President Sisi when he was assuming the defense ministry’s portfolio during the Brotherhood ruling, in which he affirmed the army is safeguarding Egypt and its people against any hazards.
The movie presented achievements included in the presidential program, including facing diseases such as anti-hepatitis C campaign and the “Decent Life” project.
As well, the film presented the establishment of new roads network, infrastructure and new schools and the development efforts in education, electricity, discovery of natural gas wells, in addition to the construction of new cities.
“Egypt is not only a country of achievements, but it is also a nation of miracles,” the documentary stressed.
