Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is scheduled to receive Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday during his official visit to Egypt.
The visit forms part of ongoing consultations between Egypt and Palestine on key issues of mutual concern, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
The two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral relations, ways to strengthen co-operation, and recent regional and international developments.
