In the presence of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, a ceremony to honor people of determination was held in New Cairo Sunday.
The ceremony, “Able to Differ”, was also attended by Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, Social Solidarity Minister Nevine el Qabbaj and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy.
During the ceremony, Sisi said positive support of Egyptians for people with special needs has not stopped and never will.
The government, he added, is taking action in this regard, but “we’re still not near real appreciation of such treasure from Allah.”
Positive support from the people will not stop, it will rather increase, the president promised.
“We are moving in the right direction, but not taking strong steps.”
