President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday received the credentials of 17 newly appointed ambassadors to Egypt, representing Peru, Guatemala, Cambodia, Qatar, Mauritius, Ghana, Mali, Namibia, Indonesia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Korea, the Philippines, Malta, Mongolia, Portugal, Moldova and Paraguay.
According to the Presidency Spokesman Mohamed El-Shennawy, President Sisi welcomed the new envoys and reaffirmed Egypt’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with their respective countries.
President Sisi stressed Egypt’s keenness to expand cooperation across various fields and develop partnerships based on mutual interests.
The president wished the ambassadors success in their diplomatic assignments and reiterated Egypt’s commitment to providing them with all necessary support to facilitate their work and promote closer cooperation between Egypt and their countries.
