ASWAN, Upper Egypt – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi opened Sunday via video-conferencing the Toshka-Sharq El Owainat road at a length of 360 km.
During the inauguration of development projects in Aswan, the president thanked the workers and construction companies for the completion of the project in record time.
