BAKU – President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday had summit talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev at the presidential palace in the capital Baku.
President Sisi was accorded an official reception ceremony, in which national anthems were played and honor guards were reviewed, said Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi.
