CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday sent a cable of greetings to King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands on his country’s National Day.

The president also sent a cable of greetings to Togolese President Faure Gnassingbé on the occasion of the African country’s National Day.
