CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a cable of greetings to his Bulgarian counterpart Rumen Radev on his country’s Liberation Day.
Sisi also delegated his secretary Abdel Aziz Sherif to the Bulgarian embassy in Cairo to offer greetings.
