Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces President Abdel Fattah El Sisi attended a Suhoor banquet Thursday night held by the Armed Forces.
The event was attended by Lieutenant General Muhammad Zaki, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, Lieutenant General Osama Askar, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, commanders of the main branches, and senior commanders of the Armed Forces.
The Armed Forces congratulated President Sisi on assuming a new presidential term.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi praised the efforts made by the Egyptian state and its national institutions, most notably the Armed Forces, and the contributions and sacrifices of its men to maintain the highest rates of efficiency and combat readiness and to build and develop the force and ability to preserve Egypt’s security and stability and achieve its national interests.
The president congratulated the Armed Forces men and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr.
