CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived on Sunday at the headquarters of the second edition of the Global Congress on Population, Health and Development, which is held in the New Administrative Capital.
Upon arrival, the President was welcomed by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and Health and Population Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar.
