CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday issued a republican decree whereby Vice-Admiral Ahmed Khaled Hassan Said was appointed as the commander of the strategic command.
As part of the decree Said was also named the supervisor of the military industrialisation with a degree of deputy minister, said presidential spokesman Bassam Rady.
