The National Alliance for Civil Development Work (NACDW) Egypt will hold a special ceremony on Friday for the launch of the ‘Shoulder-to-shoulder’ initiative before the holy month of Ramadan.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and 50,000 volunteers will be present at the event at Cairo international stadium.
The initiative will distribute 4 million food boxes to the most in need nationwide in order to mitigate the effects of the global economic crisis.
The NACDW was launched on March 13, 2022 with the participation of 34 civil work institutions operating in various fields.
