Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Friday called for immediate cessation of Israel’s military operations in Gaza to protect civilians and end their ongoing suffering.
This came during a phone call Shoukry received from his Austrian counterpart Alexander Schallenberg.
On his “X” account, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said that the phone call focused on developments in the current escalation between the Palestinians and Israelis.
