Prior to joining THE LAW, Ms. Sobh accomplished a long track record in Talent Acquisition and Career Development at AmCham Egypt. In this capacity, she spearheaded one of the nation’s most prominent career platforms and employment fairs, successfully assisting numerous organizations in securing top-tier talent and guiding professionals through their career development.
Ms. Sobh holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and postgraduate studies in Business Administration and management. She further enhances her expertise with a global designations and professional certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi). In her new role as Managing Director at THE LAW, Ms. Sobh will be instrumental in driving regional operations from Cairo, while simultaneously spearheading the expansion of the organization’s global influence.
Furthermore, she will oversee THE LAW Magazine, a vital content platform dedicated to showcasing influential voices and thought leadership across the legal and business sectors.
