Senate Speaker Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Razek has affirmed the political leadership’s continued commitment to supporting and empowering youth.

Addressing the atraining programme themed “Building Youth Capacities in Confronting Crises,” which was organised by the Arab Court of Arbitration at the Court’s headquarters in Cairo, Speaker Abdel-Razek said the programme came within the framework of President Abdel-Fattah El Sisi ‘s confidence in Egyptian youth and the political leadership’s continued commitment to supporting and empowering them.

The programme featured youth from the General Union of Youth Entities (GUYE), with presence of Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi and former President of the Supreme Constitutional Court and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Court of Arbitration Counselor Farouk Sultan, according to the MENA news agency.

The Senate speaker also said the program embodies the State’s vision of preparing youth cadres capable of effectively and competently confronting contemporary challenges and crises.

Youth are true partners in building the present, not just the hope for the future, praising the positive interaction and high awareness demonstrated by the program participants, as well as the level of commitment that reflected their patriotic spirit and willingness to contribute effectively to serving their country, the Senate speaker added.

As the event came to an end, participants were offered certificates of appreciation in honour of their efforts and distinguished participation.
