President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Monday reviewed regional and international developments with Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Aati, along with Egypt’s ongoing diplomatic efforts in this regard.
According to Presidential Spokesman Mohamed El-Shennawy, Sisi stressed the importance of strengthening co-operation with friendly countries to help resolve regional crises, avoid escalation, and pursue peaceful solutions through negotiation.
The president reiterated Egypt’s categorical rejection of any attacks on Arab states and underscored Cairo’s long-standing position on safeguarding regional stability and preserving state sovereignty.
The meeting also addressed the Foreign Ministry’s efforts to support Egyptians abroad, with Abdel-Aati outlining steps to improve consular services, including expanding digital transformation and launching new initiatives in co-ordination with state institutions to better serve expatriates.
Sisi directed the government to provide “the highest level of care” for Egyptians living overseas and to strengthen communication channels with Egyptian communities abroad.
