President Abdel Fattah El Sisi receives Monday his Zambian counterpart Hakainde Hichilema at Al-Ittihadiya Palace to discuss promoting bilateral relations.
Presidential Spokesman Mohamed el-Shenawy said the two leaders will also take up the latest regional developments.
