Egypt is standing on solid ground and is more capable than ever of facing the various challenges and crises, affirmed Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
In a speech delivered during the graduation ceremony of a new batch of cadets from Egypt’s military academies on Thursday, President Sisi said that Egypt has succeeded in uprooting terrorism completely.
Egypt will undoubtedly overcome the current difficult stage by the will of Allah Almighty, he went on to say.
The president, meanwhile, pointed out the Covid-19 crisis, which Egypt has successfully managed to overcome.
President Sisi further affirmed that security and stability are one of the main pillars for the progress of any country.
Commending the crucial role played by the army and police in Egypt, President Sisi also hailed the efforts exerted by the 104 million Egyptians.
Egypt will overcome this difficult stage, he made it clear.
The graduation phase is considered an important milestone for each graduate from one of the military academies or any other university, he further said.
Persistence is a huge key to overcoming the various challenges, he went on to say.
“Two years ago, we were in a same ceremony of today, but we were all wearing masks due to the Covid-19 crisis, and we thought that there would be no end in sight to this crisis, but thanks to Allah we have overcome the crisis and the ensuing ones,” said President Sisi in a speech delivered during the graduation ceremony of a new batch of cadets from Egypt’s military academies on Thursday.
“We will also overcome the current crisis by the will of Allah,” he added.
Egypt has witnessed a rise in terrorist attacks since 2014, President Sisi said, adding that he was sure that this difficult stage will pass.
“We are standing on solid ground, and we do not have daunting challenges like the rest of countries, thanks to the security and stability in Egypt,” affirmed President Sisi.
Directing his speech to the graduates of the military academies, President Sisi pointed out to the great role played by the army officers.
President Sisi also referred to the sacrifices made by the army officers not only through the past 7 or 8 months but also during the October 1973 War.
The president, meanwhile, congratulated the graduates, wishing them success and praying to Allah to protect them from all harm.
