A reliable source in North Sinai said relevant parties are currently working on allowing the entry of trucks carrying humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip for the second straight day after the Gaza ceasefire deal came into effect.
The source said the second batch of aid trucks includes 270 aid trucks and 11 fuel trucks.
The trucks have started to cross from the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing into the Gaza Strip via Karm Abu Salem crossing, the source added.
On Sunday, the first batch of aid trucks entered into the Gaza Strip via Rafah and Karm Abu Salem crossings.
